Find a time to catch up
Choose a date in your reference time zone, then add two to four family locations. Preferred hours apply locally in each place; they are a starting point for asking your family.
This free website planner is separate from the Kinello app. Your entries stay in this page, with no automatic saving. Copy or print your selected plan before leaving.
How to use it
- Choose the date in your reference location. Add the time zones of the other households; a nearby city in the same time zone works.
- Set preferred local hours and a call length. These are preferences, not a check of anyone's calendar.
- Compare the candidate times, including each location's date and UTC offset. Around a clock change, two similar local times can be different real moments.
- Choose a time, copy or print it and confirm directly with the family. The tool does not send invitations or create an app event.
Keep the connection going
Once everyone agrees, keep the plan and conversation in Kinello's private family space. Use a family poll if you need help choosing, then share the confirmed date and time. This free planner works without an account and does not access anyone's calendar or location.

Printing and privacy
Choose A4 or US Letter in your browser's print dialog. Use “Print / save as PDF” to keep your online version; your browser provides the printer or PDF destination. Check the preview before printing. Typed entries are not saved between visits or sent to Kinello.
You are welcome to print and share these sheets for personal family use. Keep an extra copy of anything important, and ask before sharing another person’s photo or story.
