How to use it
- Add the occasion, date and meeting place. Keep personal contact details and sensitive requests out of a plan you will share widely.
- Review the checklist together, change the tasks to fit your gathering and agree who can help. A small plan with willing helpers is enough.
- Add a few times to the agenda. Decide how you will tell everyone if the weather or meeting place changes.
- Save an editable copy to return later, or print your plan. The saved file opens here; it does not create a calendar event or list in Kinello.
Keep the connection going
Once the family agrees on the plan, keep the date, shared list and conversation together in Kinello. After the gathering, share the photos people are comfortable sharing in Story and group them into a collection. Start a family in the app and invite one relative to help; you can add the rest together.

Printing and privacy
The blank downloads fit A4 or US Letter. Use “Print / save as PDF” to keep your online version; your browser provides the printer or PDF destination. Check the preview before printing. Typed entries are not saved between visits or sent to Kinello.
Save an editable copy before leaving if you want to return to your plan. Open that JSON file in this tool to continue. The file contains your entries; keep it somewhere private and share only what the people involved are comfortable sharing.
You are welcome to print and share these sheets for personal family use. Keep an extra copy of anything important, and ask before sharing another person’s photo or story.
