Everyone’s routine is different. Celebrate taking part; daily totals are not a measure of someone’s effort or health.

How to use it

  1. Choose a week and write each person’s name above a column.
  2. Use the same phone or fitness app as your own source each day.
  3. Enter the final daily total when it is available. Leave a missed day blank rather than assuming zero.
  4. At the end of the week, share a favourite walk or something you noticed. A higher count is not the only thing worth celebrating.

Keep the connection going

For families on different phones, Kinello can bring shared step totals into a private leaderboard using Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. Each person chooses whether to share. Updates depend on permissions, the source app and the device; they are not a live location feed.

Printing and privacy

The blank downloads fit A4 or US Letter. Use “Print / save as PDF” to keep your online version; your browser provides the printer or PDF destination. Check the preview before printing. Typed entries are not saved between visits or sent to Kinello.

You are welcome to print and share these sheets for personal family use. Keep an extra copy of anything important, and ask before sharing another person’s photo or story.
